Shipping and Delivery Times

Currently, LUSIJOIA only makes secure shipments to the European Union and its members, assuming responsibility for any issues.

If you reside in another country, the buyer must personally schedule the collection from our premises with a company of their preference and trust, and we will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused.

Our products are sent via CTT with all the necessary security.

The proposed delivery times are:

- FREE express shipping to Portugal for purchases over €50

- Approximately 3 to 5 business days for the Azores and Madeira

- Approximately 5 to 10 business days for the remaining European countries and their members

*These times are merely indicative. Times may be extended due to limitations and the operation of CTT partners in other countries, and may also depend on legal procedures, depending on the destination country.

* Shipping costs for purchases from 50.00 (fifty) Euros are free of charge.

* Shipping costs for purchases under 50.00 (fifty) Euros are 10.00 Euros.

*All shipments depend on whether we have the item in our store premises and the availability of the payment in our system. There may eventually be a stock outage and, in that situation, the customer will be immediately contacted to resolve the matter.
