Shipping and Delivery Times
Currently, LUSIJOIA only makes safe shipments to the European Union and its Members, covering possible situations.
If you live in another country, the buyer will have to schedule collection at our facilities with a company of their choice and trust and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused.
Our products are sent through CTT with all the necessary security.
The proposed deadlines for deliveries are:
- FREE express shipping to Portugal on purchases over €50
- Around 3 to 5 business days to the Azores and Madeira
- Around 5 to 10 business days for other European countries and their Members
*These deadlines are merely indicative. Deadlines may be extended due to the limitations and operation of CTT partners in other countries, and may also depend on legal procedures, depending on the country of destination.
* Shipping costs for purchases from 50.00 (fifty) Euros are free - free of charge.
* Shipping costs for purchases below 50.00 (fifty) Euros are 10.00 Euros.
