RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

 

In accordance with applicable legislation (DL nº 24/2014, of February 14th, amended by Law 47/2014, of July 28th), if the customer wants to cancel the purchase after an item reaches him, he will have 14 consecutive days (including Saturdays, Sundays and holidays), to communicate your TERMINATION of the contract, without paying compensation and without needing to indicate the reason. You must send an email to info@lusijoia.pt to receive all instructions.

The return can be made in two ways:

By going to our physical store LUSIJOIA or sending it to the address Rua Elias Garcia n241, store 11 1st floor of Galerias de São José in Amadora 2700-336, the shipping costs being borne by the customer, except in cases where the The reason for the return or exchange is attributable to us.

IMPORTANT: items returned without prior contact with the customer will not be accepted.

It is mandatory to present/send the invoice or purchase receipt.

It is not possible to return or exchange personalized items

Returns of items showing signs of use will not be accepted. The piece must not have been used and must be in the same condition as when you received it; In other words, it must be in the original packaging.

 

Refunds

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your online purchase. You will receive confirmation of the return by email as soon as it is made. If you come to a physical store, you will be reimbursed in full, but always upon presentation of purchase documents, invoice or order number.

 

Exchanges

We will replace your item if it has a manufacturing defect, with LUSIJOIA being responsible for shipping costs.

Exchanges will not be accepted for items that are visibly misused or have caused accidents, such as exposure to chemicals, high temperatures, scratches and others caused by falls, for example. The Customer must, within 30 (thirty) days from the date of communication of the resolution, return, by registered mail, the goods to LUSIJOIA in the appropriate conditions of use.

Purchases in a physical store do not include the same returns policy, therefore, cash refunds are not made, but rather the issuing of a shopping voucher or the exchange itself.
